Northern Trail of Dolice

Distance 30.3 km
Duration 3:00 h
Difficulty easy
The trail runs through cropland and meadows between the Ina River and its creek, Mała Ina. There are much fewer forestal parts, less than 5% of the whole trail. Vast views over the culturally rich areas and also meadows in the valleys of the rivers are an award. The trail starts in Dolice where there is the seat of the Commune Office and leads to Bralęcin, and in the north it reaches Krępcewo where just by the Ina River there are the ruins of a castle, the former family nest of the rich Pomeranian Wedel family. Around 3 km to the south-east on the grounds of Krępcewo there are the reconstructed remains of an over 5000-years old megalithic tomb from the Early Stone Age, built at least 500 years before the oldest Egyptian pyramids.
