“Ptasi szlak” (Bird Trail) nature path

Distance 2.1 km
Duration 2:30 h
Difficulty easy
“Ptasi szlak” is one of the nature paths in the Ujście Warty (Warta River Mouth) National Park, running along a concrete path (the so-called “Betonka”) through the most characteristic flood-meadows habitats. The path has a cult following among Polish ornithologists. At the path, you will find a shelter, information boards, benches, a viewing platform and a lookout point. Return the same way. To get to the nature path, follow the directions from the roundabout in Słońsk. Since the water level in this part of the National Park can vary considerably, the path may be periodically flooded and closed for tourists. Setting out on the path, remember to take binoculars, a spyglass and a bird atlas, and of course the guidebook.
