Uradzka Valley. Bieganowo Fields

The landscape of the Uradzka Valley are mainly vast, open fields interspersed with drainage channels, with Lake Uradzkie nestled among the meadows. The edges of the valley are covered by forests, but on the river banks, you will see various forms of willows. Uradzka Valley is an important stop for migratory birds, in particular for geese, ducks, charadriiform birds, cranes and birds of prey. In late autumn, the mute swans arrive, followed by hopper swans, to spend the winter, just like common buzzards and rough-legged buzzards. In autumn, it is also easy to spot roe deer in the fields.
