Railway station

Address pl. Dworcowy, 64-360 Zbąszyń
The railway station in Zbąszyń was built in 1870. The current station building dates back to 1926 and was designed by Adolf Piller. The railway station gained relevance in 1919 when Zbąszyń became a border town at an important railway junction of the Second Polish Republic. In the 1920s, however, the railway station became obsolete as the railway junction in Zbąszynek (Neu Bentschen) was built.
