The palace and the park were built at the turn of the 17th and 18th century. The most valuable specimens in the park include a nearly 200-year-old sycamore and English oak which is going on a quarter of a century. There are also many older trees, but the park itself has been neglected for a long time and the original symmetry and arrangement are long lost.
