Crossing the Oder from the direction of Zielona Góra, you cannot miss the church steeple to the right, immediately after the bridge. Situated on a height, the church is visible not only on the other bank of the river, but the sound of its bells can also be heard from afar. The original church was a Medieval wooden temple. Its current form and Gothic Revival style were added after the reconstruction in mid-19th Century.
