A private museum, founded by Colonel Czesław Chmielewski, retired officer of the 17th Infantry Regiment of the Polish Second Army. The museum features a number of permanent, separate collections, presenting the chronological history of the Polish armed forces. The Colonel was also the guide in the museum, entertaining visitors with wartime stories. Czesław Chmielewski died in 2015 but his museum lives on, now managed by his children. Due to the private character of the facility, you will have to book a visit in advance by phone.
