The Kargowa Town Hall is a two-storey Gothic Revival building completed in 1745. In mid-19th Century, the town hall was damaged by fire and remodelled in 1856. The square plan building has a hipped roof and a small courtyard inside, with a five-storey, quadrangular steeple above. The town crest is placed on a cartouche above the entrance to the building. On the façade, there is a plaque commemorating the 1793 defence of the town and the town hall. Today, the town hall hosts the town authorities.
