The church, originally built in the 16th Century, underwent multiple renovations and remodelling, but has retained its Gothic style. In 1829, the building was damaged by a fire and reconstructed in the form you can see today. Inside the church, you can see the magnificent St Hedwig altar from 1907, as well as Wilhelm Thiel’s paintings of St Anna and St Joseph, and St Hedwig’s vision.
