The town hall in Babimost, built in 1850, was destroyed by the Red Army in 1945 and rebuilt in 1963. To commemorate the return of the region to Poland, an inscription was put on the town hall saying “Babimost region forever Polish”. The steeple was added in 2004. Since 1963, the town hall is the seat of the Town Council. At noon, the Babimost bugle is played from the town hall steeple. The town hall is a two-storey building with a centrally placed entrance and a triangular gable, and a steeple with tented roof and a spire.
