The former synagogue building in Międzyrzecz was built in the years 1825-27 on the site of an earlier one which burned down in 1824. The architecture of the temple is typical for Jewish orthodox synagogues - a Late Classicist masonry building with a half-hip roof. The building has been purchased by a private investor and is currently waiting for commercial and office tenants.
