Built in the years 1743-52, the Międzyrzecz Town Hall is a two-storey, Classicist building with a half-hip roof and a rectangular steeple with clock faces, crowned with a soaring Gothic Revival tent. Today, the town hall hosts the town authorities.
The tenement houses around the town square are arranged along the preserved Medieval layout of streets. The most characteristic buildings are the tenement houses in Wesoła, Chłodna, Świerczewskiego and Winnicka streets.
