The Late Gothic brick church was built on a rectangular plan at the end of the 15th Century, funded by the Cistercian monastery for women in Trzebnica. The western side of the church is overlooked by a rectangular steeple. There is a cemetery at the church, surrounded by a stone wall. Inside the church, one of the most interesting elements is the Late Gothic wooden triptych dated around 1490, depicting St Dorothy, St Barbara and St Mary Magdalene, and the coronation of the Virgin Mary in the finial. The altar was made by the Lower Silesian workshop, heavily influenced by the Master of Lubin Figures and Carl Johen Krachwitz.
