On the fortress channels of the Obra, near Bledzewo, you can still see the tilt-and-slide bridge of the Fortified Front Oder-Warthe-Bogen. However, due to safety considerations, the supporting pillars under the bridge span were walled up, blocking any traffic under the bridge impossible. On the approach to the bridge, there was an anti-tank barrier, and protective barriers made with railroad tracks. The lookout point also served as an engine room housing the span drive mechanism, parts of which have survived to this day.
