A filial church of the parish of St Joseph in Dobiegniewo, belonging to the Deanery of Strzelce Krajeńskie. Built with brick at the turn of the 13th and 14th Century, the church was expanded in the 17th Century, and a timber steeple was added in the first half of the 18th Century. In the 19th Century, a chancel and a masonry steeple were added. The windows were remodelled in Gothic style. The former Protestant temple was consecrated in 1946 as a Roman Catholic church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
