The boulder is located on the repatriate memorial site at St Nicholas of Myra church. In June 2005, the descendants of the repatriates buried an urn there containing soil from the Eastern Borderlands (Polish: Kresy). They also funded the boulder and the plaque with the following inscription: “In memory of the repatriates from the Eastern Borderlands who never forgot and never stopped loving their lost home, and who built the future of our nation and state in their new homeland. On the 60th anniversary - the grateful descendants”.
