The Baroque Revival tenement house from 1856 is one of the oldest buildings in Skwierzyna. Built by a wealthy German citizen, it was later sold to a local clocksmith and then purchased by a baker who opened his workshop there. After World War II, the tenement house was the seat of the Common Consumers’ Cooperative (PSS) “Społem” and now serves as the Crafts Guildhouse. Renovated in 2001, the façade of the tenement house shines on the town square in Skwierzyna.
