The filial church of St John the Baptist belongs to the parish of St Anna in Szczaniec and belongs to the Deanery of Divine Mercy of Świebodzin. Built at the beginning of the 20th Century with dressed granite and brick, the Gothic Revival church has a bell tower with a Baroque bronze bell, crowned with an octagonal spire. Until 1945, the single-nave temple with a double-pitched roof was a Protestant church. Today, it is a Roman Catholic temple managed by the Society of St Francis de Sales.
