The temple in Dąbrówka Mała is a filial church of the parish of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Opalewo. The church belongs to the Deanery of Świebodzin. Built in the second half of the 19th Century, the church is a single-nave Gothic Revival red brick building on a rectangular plan, with a pentagonal apsis and a square, 3-storey steeple crowned with a hip roof.
