Built in the second half of the 19th Century, the Gothic Revival palace with a roof terrace and two adjacent steeples weathered the storms of World War II. The park was founded at the same time as the palace and surrounded by a granite wall with small stone towers. Between 1953 and 1955, the complex served as a holiday centre, but was later converted into an orphanage. Since 2012, the park and the palace are privately owned.
