Built in the years 1927–28, the Modernist building has a face brick façade and a double pitched roof. The central part of the building, preceded by a courtyard, is highlighted by the avant-corps with a triangular gable and a ridge turret. The corners of the building with arcade walkways face the courtyard. After the war, the structure served a healthcare centre and now is a residential building.
