The filial church of the parish of St Francis of Assisi in Strzelce Krajeńskie was built with brick and stone in 1790. The temple was funded by countess Wilhelmina von Lichtenow, the official mistress of King Frederick Wilhelm II of Prussia. The church can be found in the town centre, on a small height, and is surrounded by a stone wall. The building is rectangular and has a square steeple on its westerns side, crowned by a roof lantern. Originally a Protestant temple, the church was taken over by Roman Catholics after World War II.
