Municipal Landscape Park
The municipal park in Sława is one of the largest parks in the Lubusz Voivodeship. Founded in mid-19th century as a landscape park, it has plenty of interesting tree and shrubbery species (such as the widest black pine in Poland, with 394 cm in circumference), and is also home to a number of species of water and marsh birds, reptiles and amphibians. In the western part of the park, you can see the remains of the tomb of the park’s founder, Carl von Barwitz.
