The church in Lipinki was founded at the turn of the 16th century. It was built for the Catholics and later it was taken over by the Evangelicals. Again, it was returned to the Catholics in 1754, after the Thirty Years' War. As a result of the Silesian wars it was burnt down in 1759 by the Russian army and fell into ruin. The new church was built in 1990s.
