Three Baroque Tenement Houses

Address pl. Zamkowy 3,5,7, 67-400 Wschowa
The tenement houses were built in the 16th century and rebuilt in 1687-89. They are two storey buildings with Renaissance facades, topped with apices decorated with cornices and pilasters. An illustrious resident of one of the tenement houses was the pastor Valerius Herberger, an outstanding figure of Wschowa, called "Little Luther". Today, in the pastor Herberger's house there is the Wschowa Land Museum.
