Originally dedicated to St Nicholas, the church was most likely built in early 14th century, with the first mentions of the temple dating back to 1325. It underwent reconstruction at the turn of the 14th and 15th century. Inside the church, you can see the tombstones of the Ossowski family (who owned these lands and after whom Osowa Sień was named) with inscriptions in Polish.
