The current shape of the palace in Stołeczna dates back to 1892. For centuries, the estate was owned by house von Sydov. In mid-19th century, when it belonged to Friedrich von Sydov, the estate was cited as exemplary. The estate had two mills, a distillery and a brewery. Livestock included sheep and cattle, and the cheeses made in Stołeczna were sold even in Berlin.
