There are two churches in Giżyno - one Roman Catholic temple, built in 1936 and still in use. The other church, built in 1890, is entered into the register of Western Pomeranian historic objects. It is currently used as a utility building, a warehouse or perhaps a stable. Other sources (Google Maps) inform that the building was erected in 1652 with boulders and brick.
