The spectacular temple dates back to the 13th century, but has undergone a number of reconstruction over the years, gaining its final form in 1879. The majority of the furnishings originate from that year, for instance the 19-voice pipe organs manufactured in Berlin. Inside, you can see seven stained-glass windows, with the central window depicting the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
