Pałac Mierzęcin Wellness & Wine Resort
The palace in Mierzęcin was built in the second half of the 19th Century and at the beginning of the 20th Century, underwent major reconstruction and expansion, adding the distillery and the manor facilities. The palace survived World War II almost intact and after the war, the estate was taken over by the Polish State Treasury. For over 30 years, the palace and other buildings were used as State Agricultural Farm facilities. In 1998, the Gothic Revival palace and the manor were purchased by a private investor who thoroughly renovated the buildings and restored the neglected palace park. Stylish garden architecture was installed. Today, Mierzęcin is a luxury retreat with Poland’s third largest vineyard, wine cellars, stables and a SPA. Intriguing architecture, comfortable rooms and plenty of interesting and rare plant species in the surrounding park offer an excellent leisure experience. The palace is also available for family and private functions and events.
