In the 15th century, in the middle of Swochowo a stone aisleless church was erected on a rectangular plan, without a separate presbytery and the western tower. All the walls were made of fieldstone, carelessly hewn in the wall face, with the regular layers retained. Only the corners were made of well-hewn granite blocks. The apices with pyramidal blends were made of stone and brick, and equipped with corner pinnacles. In each part of the elevation - except from the eastern part - there are two Gothic windows with recessed brick reveals, closed by ogives. In the western part of the elevation there is an ogival portal with recessed brick reveals. The second, less imposing portal is placed in the southern part of the elevation. The church is covered with a ceramic gable roof crowned with a small bell tower. The church yard used to be a cemetery and now is surrounded by a stone wall and an old tree stand. There is a huge boulder in the yard - a memorial of the fallen German soldiers.
